Hi everyone,
I was prescribed Seroquel for schizophrenia by my doctor. I was prescribed Seroquel because of the increased risk of hallucinations and paranoia in my life. I thought it was a good idea to start taking Seroquel after my psychosis cleared up. However, I have been experiencing hallucinations and paranoia since my psychosis cleared up and my psychotic condition has stabilized. I was also wondering if anyone else has experience with Seroquel.

I have been having constant thoughts and worrying about hallucinations for years. I started taking Seroquel in the summer of 2013 and I was diagnosed with schizophrenia. I am not sure what my hallucinations are but I don't think the hallucinations are related to the schizophrenia itself.

Absolutely agree. I've been experiencing hallucinations and paranoia since my psychosis cleared up and my psychotic condition has stabilized. The hallucinations and paranoia I experienced at the beginning are due to the antipsychotic medication which helps me stay focused on tasks. I am on Seroquel now.
My doctor has prescribed me a different drug and it works wonders for me. However, I would like to know if Seroquel is the right choice? Thanks in advance for any insight!

Thank you for the advice. I've been on Seroquel and I've noticed some signs of hallucinations and paranoia. I don't have hallucinations or paranoia, just delusions and paranoia.
I have started taking Seroquel with a few adjustments. One is to take it at night. Another is to start taking it on an empty stomach. I'm not sure if the timing is right. It's been 2 years since I started taking it and I'm still on it. I have noticed that I don't get hallucinations or paranoia, but I don't feel like I have that much of one.

I've been on Seroquel for over 2 years now and I'm finding it's been the best medication for me. I don't feel like I have delusions or paranoia, but I'm not that crazy about it. I'm just nervous to get on it. I feel like I've just given up on myself. The only thing I can do is get on it, but I'm not that crazy about it. I just want to find out if this medication is working for me.

I've been on Seroquel for 2 years now and I'm still suffering from hallucinations and paranoia. I've been taking it with a couple of adjustments and now my psychotic condition is just getting worse. I'm not sure if the effects are due to the medication or something else. I'm going to stick with it and see if I get better, I hope this helps.

The only thing I can do is get on it and see what works for me. My psychotic condition is still in its initial stages, but I'm starting to feel better. I feel like I'm going to have a normal life.
